Kaley
Meet Kaley. Kaley earned her Cosmetology license from Aveda Institute of Beauty & Wellness in 2023. Since working behind the chair, she’s developed a strong passion for dimensional color and the many techniques involved in precision hair cutting.
Kaley is currently welcoming new clients and loves expanding her skill set by learning the newest techniques from our talented stylists. Her eagerness to grow and refine her craft shines through in every appointment.
Outside of the salon, Kaley is a true outdoors gal. She spends as much time in the sun as possible when the weather is nice—especially at outdoor music events. She’s also a huge animal lover who enjoys cozy movie nights with her pets.
Fun fact: Kaley even has a hedgehog named Indi!

Carson
What began as a childhood hobby has grown into Carson’s dream career as a hairstylist. She has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2020 after completing her education at Empire Beauty School.
Carson is experienced in hairstyling, coloring, cutting, and hair treatments, and she truly shines when building meaningful connections with her clients. Her sweet, soft personality instantly puts people at ease, making every appointment feel comfortable and welcoming.
Outside of the salon, Carson loves spending time with her husband and son, cooking, shopping, and visiting local racetracks. Her genuine nature and passion for hair make her a stylist clients quickly grow to trust and adore.
Carson's favorite services include: special occasion styles + updos, men's haircutting, gray coverage colors, along with dimensional colors.
Zoe
Voted Ozaukee’s Best: Zoe is our go-to lash & brow specialist, known for creating the most natural, no-makeup looks. From flawless lash lifts and tints to expertly shaped brows, her work enhances your features without ever feeling overdone. Zoe also loves creating killer bobs, natural low-maintenance color, and sleek, polished Brazilian Blowouts.
When she’s not pampering clients, you’ll find Zoe cruising in her WRX, snuggling with her new puppy, or cheering on the Vegas Golden Knights.
With an edgy-meets-glam vibe—think tattoos and piercings paired with a girly, glamorous side—Zoe brings a creative touch and personalized vision to every service, helping each client express their own unique style.
Zoe's favorite services include: kid's haircuts, Brazilian Blowouts (smoothing treatment), updos, facial + body waxing, bob haircuts, and lash lifts and tints.
Holly
Meet Holly. Holly has been working behind the chair since 2014 and was proudly voted Best Hair Stylist in Ozaukee County two years in a row (2023 + 2024).
She enjoys a little bit of everything behind the chair—from perming and facial waxing to hair cutting—but her all-time favorites are low-maintenance teasylights and blonde highlighting.
What truly sets Holly apart is her passion for connection: “One thing I love about working behind the chair is really connecting with my clients. I like to dive deep and learn what makes each person who sits in my chair unique. I enjoy listening to their life stories and getting to know what shaped them into who they are today.”
Holly takes extreme pride in her work and continuously pushes herself to grow within the industry. With so much to learn and explore, her passion is fueled by the desire to always do better—so her clients not only look their best, but feel their best too.
Holly's favorite services include: beach wave styles, dimensional blended blonding, balayage + foilayage, perming, facial waxing, men's haircuts + beard trims, along with one length haircuts with layers.
Morgan
Fade & Color Queen—there’s not much Morgan can’t do to elevate your hair. From start to finish, she shares tips and tricks throughout your appointment, making sure you love every minute in her chair. Morgan takes a thoughtful, analytical approach, identifying your hair challenges and working with you to improve them through the right cut, products, and styling techniques.
She’s an avid sports fan with a special love for hockey—especially the Nashville Predators. One of her ultimate goals is to visit every home arena in the NHL. In her free time, you might find her playing video games or building lego sets with her husband, Josh.
When she’s not pampering clients, you’ll likely find Morgan on the water, in the casino learning new games, or snuggled up with her border collies: Dig & Ripley & daughter Charlotte.
Morgan's favorite services include: smoothing and straightening hair, curly haircutting, lived in color, along with men's haircutting that includes doing fades as well as clipper and scissor over comb haircuts.
Lindsey
Lindsey is the proud owner of Illuminate, named Ozaukee’s Best Hair Salon two years in a row (2023 + 2024). A licensed hair professional since 2007, Lindsey is known for her obsession with effortless, low-maintenance hair that actually fits real life.
Her specialty lies in putting all the pieces together—head shape, hair type, face shape, lifestyle, desired look, and product choices—to help clients achieve their best hair yet. With advanced education in haircutting, hand-tied extensions and hair loss; Lindsey is a trusted resource for hair loss, thinning, scalp health, and fine hair concerns.
What many don’t know is that Illuminate was inspired by Lindsey’s many trips to Las Vegas. A serious blackjack player and slots enthusiast, she became fascinated by the concept of high risk, high reward—a mindset that ultimately shaped both her business and her life.
When she’s not perfecting hair behind the chair, this infertility warrior can usually be found refreshing the salon’s interior, sharpening her gambling skills, or spending as much time as possible with her family.
