Appointment Policies

Please note we make every effort possible to remind you of your appointments via phone calls, voicemail messages, and reminder texts. If you are unable to make an appointment, 24 hours advance notice must be given. Please try, whenever possible to cancel an appointment as soon as you know you are unable to attend. This gives us the opportunity to offer the appointment to someone else. Our business depends on you showing up to your appointments. If 24 hours notice is not given, a fee will be applied to your credit card on file. If the card is declined, you will be responsible to pay the fee prior to scheduling your next appointment. Please note that all credit card numbers are stored in a PCI compliant terminal. Once it has been stored, even we do not have access to your credit card information.

No Call/No Shows will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled service missed according to the fee list. The No Call/No Show fee will be charged to your card on file. If the card is declined, you will be responsible to pay the fee prior to scheduling your next appointment.​

Inclement Weather Policy

Our service providers work to ensure they are here, even in poor weather conditions. Cancellation charges during extreme weather events will be waived when the appointment is scheduled to a different time.

No Show charges still apply.

If the weather forbids you from arriving at your scheduled appointment time, please call us as soon as possible.
