Cancellation/No Show Policy

Due to the nature of our operations, we ask for your cooperation as we are very short staffed. Please note we make every effort possible to remind you of your appointments via phone calls, voicemails, and reminder texts. If you are unable to make an appointment, at least 24 hours notice must be given. We can be reached by phone, text or email. Please try, whenever possible, to cancel an appointment as soon as you know you are unable to attend. This gives us the opportunity to offer the appointment to someone else. The salon and its stylists depend on you showing up to your appointments. If 24 hours notice is not given, a fee will be applied to your credit card on file. If the card is declined, you will be responsible to pay the fee prior to scheduling your next appointment. Please note that all credit card numbers are safely stored in a PCI compliant terminal. Once it has been stored, even we do not have access to your credit card information.

• No Call/No Shows will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled service missed according to the fee list. The No Call/No Show fee will be charged to your card on file.

• Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged according to the fee list, including if you come into your appointment wishing to cancel part of your scheduled services. There is no charge for an appointment rescheduled or canceled prior to 24 hours notice.

• Running Late: We pride ourselves on taking your time seriously and hope you will do the same for us. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to guarantee your full service. If we are able to still see you for your appointment, you may be charged a $25 late fee.
